  • Responsible for coordination of care and coordinating necessary for an efficient and safe immunization program including responsibilities such as, but not limited to: Administer vaccinations Communicate and collaborate with interprofessional teams regarding patient care Monitor, respond, and report changes in patient condition Educate patients about disease prevention and health promotion with evidence-based information about the vaccine including potential side effects and dosing schedule Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide patients with evidence-based information about vaccine safety, potential side effects, and the importance of immunization.
