Each month the State Department publishes priority-date cutoffs that determine when EB-3 applicants can move forward. Here is what the June 2026 final-action chart means for international nurses by country of chargeability.
The June 2026 official EB-3 final-action chart lists cutoffs for all chargeability areas, China, India, Mexico, and the Philippines. Always verify your own case against the official bulletin and attorney guidance.

What this means if you are a nurse
- A cutoff date means EB-3 is not current for that chargeability area in the final-action chart. Your priority date generally must be earlier than the listed date before final immigrant-visa issuance or adjustment approval can move forward.
- China and India advanced from May to June 2026. The Philippines, Mexico, and all other chargeability areas stayed flat for EB-3 final action.
- A backlog does not stop you from starting. The earlier an employer files the I-140, the earlier your priority date is locked in.
