JibJob’s aggregation runs read postings from employer hiring systems. Successful runs update the listing data and observation timestamps that power freshness labels on job cards and job pages. A source can fail or change between runs, so the employer’s current posting remains the final check before you apply.

What the labels mean

Verified active / Verified

The listing was observed on the employer's source during a successful refresh. A displayed date tells you when that observation occurred; confirm the current status on the employer page before applying.

Last seen

This is the most recent date JibJob observed the listing. It is a freshness signal, not a guarantee that the employer has kept the role open since then.

Employer-listed pay

The pay figure came from the employer's own posting. Differentials, shift bonuses, and final offer details are still set when you apply.

Pay not listed

The employer did not include pay in the posting. JibJob flags this rather than estimating a number, and shows it the moment the employer adds one.
