Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm no nights, weekends or holidays If you are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients on their cancer journey, the Avera Cancer Institute is looking for a dedicated Medical Oncology Nurse to join our collaborative team. Responsibilities include providing hands-on patient care, including assessments, vitals, and education. Coordinating clinic activities to ensure seamless care.

Support scheduling and order entry. Triage patient and caregiver phone calls, utilizing protocols and critical thinking to provide timely support. If you have a heart for oncology patients and want to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you!

Summary

Provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the direction of the provider. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN ) - Board of Nursing - An active license in the state of practice if required upon hire.
