A Brief Overview Assists in the design, planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and securing of all network infrastructure technologies. Provides support and maintenance of network technologies as to improve the customers' ability to leverage technology to support operations. Assists management and senior network staff with complex projects and assumes ongoing support of system infrastructure.
What you will do Assists in the design, implementation, and maintenance of all network infrastructure technologies, including network management and monitoring. Interacts with end-users to obtain clarification of problems and provide resolution for system failures or degradations. Assists in the design, implementation and maintenance of network systems supported by IT.
