Prairie Lakes Healthcare System is a non-profit healthcare system serving 10 counties in northeastern South Dakota and west-central Minnesota. Our team at Prairie Lakes makes a difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones POSITION SUMMARY Wage: $21.70-$32.56 This PRN( fill-in or as needed) position provides for the application of occupational therapy services for patients in acute care, swing beds, long-term care, home health, outpatient, and contractual areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provides occupational therapy treatment follows the established plan of care and is age, educational level, and culturally appropriate to the patient/family. Provides occupational therapy services in accordance with the state practice act. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the provision of occupational therapy services.
Provides therapy services to inpatient, outpatient, home health, outreach and contract facilities as required by the Prairie Lakes Healthcare system. Completes timely and appropriate documentation that reflects the care provided and follows regulatory requirements. Establishes appropriate charges for services rendered.
