Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Dentist(s) and Dental Director, the Dental Hygienist provides direct patient dental hygiene care with a quality approach. The Dental Hygienist works to advance positive patient outcomes through their duties as a primary care treatment team provider. ABOUT ONE HEALTH: One Health is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving rural communities across Montana and Wyoming.

- Dental Hygiene Care- Hands-on patient treatment, preventative procedures, and knowledge of dental hygiene best practices.
- Diagnostics & Patient Assessment -Gathering data, evaluating oral health status, and determining follow-up.
- Patient Education & Engagement -Communication, oral health instruction, and supporting the patient experience.
- Documentation & Clinical Administration -Record-keeping, charting, and administrative accuracy.
- Operations, Sterilization & Inventory -Operatory prep, infection control, supply management, and clinic workflow.
