Credential evaluation

International graduates must obtain the education evaluation identified in the current Nevada examination instructions; accepted providers/report types should be verified before ordering.

English requirement

English proficiency may be required based on language of nursing education; verify accepted tests, scores, and exemptions in the current Board application.

SSN requirement

Nevada requires an SSN for normal professional-license processing but may have a statutory affidavit route for applicants without one; use the current Board form rather than assuming eligibility.

Background check

Nevada requires fingerprint-based state and FBI criminal background checks for initial licensure.
