Essentia Living Center Department: 3073090 NURSING HOME - FS SNF Job Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Essentia Living Center, our long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works 12-hour shifts, 6 am to 6 pm, an average of 30 hours per week. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required.

Sign-on bonuses are available: $3K for LPNs (with 2-year commitment) $7,500 for ASN, $10,000 for BSN (with 2-year commitment) Education

• Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
• Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
• LPN ($25.22-$37.83 based on experience): A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members.
• Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.
