Summary

  • Under the direction of the Senior Contract Administrator Manager, the Contract Administrator provides contract administration support across assigned departments and service lines.
  • This role is responsible for promoting and ensuring adherence to ANTHC’s procurement policies, accurate planning, development, submission, execution, and closeout of contractual agreements.
  • The Contract Administrator serves as a critical liaison between departmental stakeholders, Contract Managers, and Contracting and Procurement Leadership to ensure all contracts are properly structured, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies and financial requirements.
  • This position plays a key role in minimizing errors, reducing rework, and improving overall contract lifecycle efficiency through proactive collaboration, system utilization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • This role directly contributes to: Enhanced organizational efficiency by reducing errors and rework Improved visibility and accountability through proactive reporting Strengthened collaboration across departments Ensured contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with goals Subject matter resources on contract processed and system usage Responsibilities and Duties Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment: Contract Administrator I Assists the Contract Managers, departmental leadership, and Contracting Officers with contract scope, structure, funding, and submission requirements.

General knowledge of procurement and purchasing practices including the importance of compliance in contracting Understanding of financial concepts such as budgets, invoicing, and contract spend tracking ERP system proficiency, with Infor desired Microsoft 360 platform to include Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
