This position is at Avera Queen of Peace in Mitchell. You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients.
Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Responsible for overall operations and processes within the front end Revenue Cycle coordination. Success in this role ensures compliance with established policies and procedures, project coordination, staff training and scheduling software maintenance, patient estimates, denial avoidance and upholding the financial clearance policy.
The Supervisor works with stakeholders to understand complex issues, recognize decision points and deliver creative solutions while partnering with a wide variety of clinical settings and personnel. What you will do Provide daily tracking of workflow functions and suggests/implements solutions to assure turnaround times are met. Prioritizes workflow and staffing assignments.
