A Brief Overview Responsible to assist the leader to plan, organize, educate and implement activities related to the Patient Access core operations. The Coordinator has primary day-to- day responsibility of assuring workflow turnaround times are met, daily tracking of workflow, communication to the team, staff scheduling coordination, and special projects. The coordinator serves as a key liaison amongst the team.

What you will do Effectively coordinate staff orientation, in-services, competencies, production, timeliness, quality, customer service, and efficiencies of Admission and Preadmission Representatives in areas of responsibilities. Coordinates scheduling process and maintains appropriate staffing levels to maximize department efficiency. Demonstrates good communication, continual education updates, and cooperative working relationship with all departments, co-workers and promotes a positive work environment.
