Avera McKennan Hospital Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Position Highlights You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Accountable for the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily operations within the interventional procedural suites, including interventional radiology, neurointerventional, and future vascular services.

This role ensures safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care delivery across multiple angiography labs and associated CT procedural support. Functions as a working supervisor, balancing clinical responsibilities with operational leadership. This position collaborates closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize procedural scheduling, throughput, and patient outcomes.

Supports program development, accreditation readiness, and continuous performance improvement initiatives. Maintains compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards while fostering a cohesive, high-performing team environment. What you will do Provides direct supervision and coordination of daily operations across interventional procedural suites, ensuring efficient patient flow, case readiness, and optimal utilization of procedural rooms.
