A Brief Overview Accountable for guiding the department in improving clinical effectiveness and compliance with the state of operation and national reported evidence-based indicators. What you will do Serves as the expert on the clinic quality initiatives and stays current on changes occurring on the national or state level. May lead quality improvement initiatives in all ambulatory settings.
Works with vendors to assure that data is accurately abstracted and submitted according to vendor protocols. Coordinates submission plan with IT, fiscal and medical records as required. Conducts quality reviews for various clinical components to identify areas of potential concerns, opportunities for improvement and identifying trends.
