Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $17.50 - $21.50 Position Highlights Monday - Friday 4:45 AM - Noon You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Accountable for greeting and providing helpful direction to internal and external customers, including patients and families. What you will do Highly visible as the person responsible for greeting patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups. Serves as an information resource and is the navigator for patients, families, staff, and the community. Promotes services within the facility and/or department, collaborating with the appropriate departments to ensure that information is current and up to date. Provides technology support by assisting with technology needs, room scheduling, equipment needs, room set-up and tear down as needed. Seeks to identify trends of inquiry and make recommendations regarding gaps of service and ideas for process improvement. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds. These requirements and those listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential job functions.
