Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Qualifications
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing Licensure/Certification
Qualifications
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year Essentia Health St.
