A Brief Overview Responsible for the safe, accurate and timely preparation, handling, storage, and distribution of all neonatal feedings including mother's own milk, donor human milk, formula, and prescribed fortifiers. This role operates within a controlled, high-reliability preparation environment and requires strict adherence to aseptic technique, standardized recipes, infection prevention practices, and regulatory guidelines. The technician ensures all feedings are prepared in alignment with provider orders while supporting efficient workflow and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.

What you will do Prepares neonatal feedings in accordance with provider orders and standardized formulations. Accurately measures, mixes, and fortifies human milk and formula using approved techniques. Verifies patient identifiers, feeding orders, volumes, caloric density, and additives prior to preparation.
