POSITION SUMMARY CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Artificial Intelligence Solutions Engineering and Delivery to lead the development and delivery of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across the enterprise. Within the Solutions Engineering and Infrastructure organization, this leader will be responsible for identifying high-value use cases, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and accelerating adoption of Artificial Intelligence capabilities. This role will partner with Product, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Observability, Data, and Business teams to establish delivery frameworks, engineering standards, and reusable implementation patterns that improve speed, quality, and consistency across solution delivery.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this leader will oversee teams responsible for solution engineering, technical product management, and deployment of production Artificial Intelligence capabilities while ensuring alignment to enterprise technology, security, governance, and operational standards. This is a U.S.-based remote position. Candidates must reside within the United States.
