Summary

The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational leadership for Environmental Services operations within the organization. This role oversees daily departmental functions with a strong emphasis on workforce management, scheduling, compliance, performance accountability, and process improvement. The Manager ensures effective coordination of people, resources, and workflows to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environment while supporting organizational goals, regulatory standards, and service excellence.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of administrative or managerial experience overseeing staff, schedules, and operational processes in any industry. Customer service skills, administrative skills, patient facing/engagement experience preferred.
