Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the TA team by managing candidate coordination, data reporting, event logistics, and employer brand activities. This role serves as a key point of contact throughout the hiring process ensuring candidates receive timely communication, assessments are completed, and recruiters have the information they need to make informed decisions. While this position does not carry hiring authority, it plays a critical role in keeping the pipeline moving efficiently and maintaining a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS • Conduct phone screens with recruiter-selected candidates to gather additional information including availability, compensation expectations, relevant experience, and relocation requirements; summarize findings and provide a recommendation to the recruiter• Coordinate eSkills and send assessment links, track completion, and consolidate results for recruiter review• Maintain accurate candidate statuses in the ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) throughout each stage of the pipeline• Pull market compensation data from internal and external sources to build comp analysis summaries for recruiter review. Recruiters retain final recommendation authority• Verify required licensures and certifications for applicable roles to confirm validity, expiration dates, and any state-specific requirements, and flag discrepancies to the recruiter prior to advancement• Attend career fairs, campus recruiting events and community hiring events alongside the TA team• Help coordinate set up, event logistics including booth materials, swag inventory, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up• Create and schedule social media content to support employer branding, open requisitions, employee spotlights, and recruiting campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others as directed• Identify ways to improve workflows and proactively flag process gaps to the team EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of a high school diploma Minimum three years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to shift priorities quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days look the same Familiarity with social media content creation or employer branding PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The individual must be able to: Stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift , see, speak and hear. Lifting is limited to 35 lbs. for clinical staff and to 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff.
