Overview NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Support Analyst to join our team remotely at the Arizona Department of Corrections Regional Office. Be part of a world-class team of professionals who are revolutionizing correctional healthcare. This is a remote position that may require travel. Responsibilities Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare Perform various clerical and administrative functions to assist in maintaining and organizing files, records, and documentation in accordance with organizational expectations and policy Enter and update data in compliance tracking systems, spreadsheets, and databases Track deadlines for accreditation related submissions and follow up with responsible staff Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook Seeks resources for direction, when necessary Performs all other related functions and duties as assigned Qualifications Associate's degree preferred Experience with Correctional HealthCare accrediting bodies (NCCHC, ACA), preferred but not required.

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning compliance tracking systems and databases Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for scheduling and coordination Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Physical Capabilities: Ability to work and sit in front of a computer approximately 8 hours per day, talking and listening to communicate effectively with team members, visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing data/information and viewing a computer terminal, ability to work under pressure Why Join NaphCare?
