Overview

As a Project Manager within the Global Delivery Office, you will lead strategic projects that strengthen business readiness and support the Global Healthcare Business. You will partner with business, IT, and operational teams to deliver projects that improve processes, support transformation, and create measurable value. This role is ideal for a collaborative project leader who enjoys working across cultures, solving complex problems, and helping teams move from strategy to successful execution.

Responsibilities Lead multiple small to medium-sized projects, ensuring business deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to quality expectations. Build and guide cross-functional project teams by defining roles, expectations, timelines, and required business resources. Develop and maintain integrated work plans, track progress, manage risks, and escalate barriers with recommended solutions.

Partner closely with operational teams and IT partners to support product launches, process improvements, compliance initiatives, strategic partnerships, and technology rollouts. Drive business readiness activities, including transition planning, production readiness, contingency planning, and Go/No-Go recommendations. Manage business-owned budgets, track variances, support cost-benefit analysis, and provide clear financial reporting.
