- Compensation salary: $263,274 -$292,527 based on years of experience, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and quality incentives.

No call. Generous Time Off: 33 days (264 hours) annually, including holidays, and 10 additional days of CME. Practice Details: Clinic facilities: 16 exam spaces with two procedure rooms.
One medical assistant per physician, dedicated OB/Primary Care nurse case manager, nurse triage, and nutritionist. Ancillary services include Mammogram, CT, DEXA, Ultrasound including ECHO, X‑ray, laboratory services, and MRI. Patient Volume: 12-17 pediatric patients per day in clinic, plus 4 hours of administrative time weekly.
EMR and tools include Meditech, Dragon Dictation, and DAX AI assisted documentation. Procedure opportunities: Women’s health, prenatal, vasectomies, colposcopies, circumcisions, wound care, draining abscesses, and cyst removal. Additional Care Opportunities: Occasional long-term care and home visits.
Qualifications
- Two years of managing OB and inpatient pediatrics experience required. Four years preferred.
- Active/unrestricted Alaska medical license or ability to obtain license. Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Unrestricted DEA. Required: BLS, PALS, NRP. Preferred: STABLE. - Provides comprehensive primary care including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, minor procedures, coordination of care, referral, preventive care, prenatal care, and health maintenance to a dedicated panel of patients. •
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of services in accordance with SEARHC policy. •
- Provides optimal patient experience using strong listening and communication skills that build long term patient care relationships. • Actively participates in SEARHC quality patient care initiatives and quality assurance programs. • Actively participates in provider and clinic meetings, and SEARHC medical staff functions. • At times the Physician may be directed to provide services outside of the clinic to meet the patient’s needs, e.g., local longterm care center, Pioneer Home, patient’s home, and local schools Knowledge of Well versed in the principles and practices of primary care Is aware of standards of care, EMTALA, HIPAA, health care risk management principles, medical ethics, and medical malpractice principles. Skills i n Communicating in an open, respectful, helpful, supportive, and collaborative manner with staff and patients. Ability to Provide high quality health care services including the performance of medical procedures appropriate to the outpatient and emergency care setting . Provide clinical leadership, promotes teamwork and collaboration, provides clinical guidance as requested for midlevel providers, and resolves conflict .
