Physical Therapist I Status: Full Time - Exempt Reports To: Rehabilitation Manager __________________________________________________________________________________________ Purpose and Scope of Position This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance. They perform an individualized evaluation and design a goal-directed customized plan to improve the person's physical function and mobility. The coordinator diagnoses dysfunction caused by injury and combines a good knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities to work with patients in strength training, exercise, and other techniques to facilitate recovery from a sports injury. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements 1. Required Qualifications • Current Montana PT licensure • Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification • Experience treating a wide range of muscular and skeletal injuries • Experience developing personalized rehabilitation programs • Current ACSM certification in Sports Medicine 2. Preferred Qualifications • Three (3) to Five (5) years of clinical rehabilitation experience 3.
