$10,000 Stay Bonus And $10,000 Relocation Bonus Offered Physical Therapist I Status

  • Full Time - Exempt Reports To: Rehabilitation Manager __________________________________________________________________________________________ Purpose and Scope of Position This position is responsible for providing direct patient care, patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance.
  • They perform an individualized evaluation and design a goal-directed customized plan to improve the person's physical function and mobility.
  • The coordinator diagnoses dysfunction caused by injury and combines a good knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities to work with patients in strength training, exercise, and other techniques to facilitate recovery from a sports injury. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements Required Qualifications • Current Montana PT licensure • Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification • Experience treating a wide range of muscular and skeletal injuries • Experience developing personalized rehabilitation programs • Current ACSM certification in Sports Medicine Preferred Qualifications • Three (3) to Five (5) years of clinical rehabilitation experience Special Requirements • Must be able to reason independently and work with minimal guidance. • Must be able to interpret data and make sound judgments based on those interpretations. • Must deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise. • Must be able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and schedules. • Must be able to maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and the general public and use good judgment in recognizing scope and authority. • Must be able to demonstrate empathy and sensitivity necessary to elicit patient's/resident's cooperation and allay apprehensions. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Schedule • Full Time > 30 hours/week __________________________________________________________________________________________ Full-Time
