Position Summary In this grant-funded position (through Sept 2028), the Mobile Clinic Project Manager will oversee the expansion of our Mobile Clinic operations over the next two years, in line with our Rural Health Transformation Program goals. This role collaborates closely with leadership and key stakeholders both internally and externally to manage project goals, scope, and resources, ensuring successful project execution. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while maintaining alignment with project objectives. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing regular progress updates, and facilitating meetings to ensure projects remain on track and within scope. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for tracking project milestones and delivering both written and verbal status reports to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university AND a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare administrative role. Technical understanding of healthcare operations, finance, human resources, and the ability to adapt to evolving healthcare requirements and initiatives. Additional skills needed are proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaboration and conflict resolution. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated decision-making skills, with a sound judgment in addressing complex issues. Preferred: Master's degree in public health, health care administration, or business administration. Two years of experience as a project manager in a hospital, outpatient, or ambulatory/clinic setting. CAPM or PMP certification. Additional preference for experience working in a capitated or risk-based care model and/or experience in innovative care delivery systems, particularly in rural or geographically dispersed markets. Typical Physical/Mental Demands Light physical demands include working/sitting at computer terminal for an extended period. Mental demands include being able to work under pressure. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Mobile Clinic expansion to additional sites and expanding partnerships and scope of services over the next two years Project Management Expertise: Apply project management expertise to ensure project is completed on time and within budget, utilizing best practices and methodologies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, community partners, and other key stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
