Product Regulatory Affairs ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Pflege der regulatorischen Dokumentation, die für weltweite Registrierungsaktivitäten für Medizinprodukte benötigt wird. Das globale Team ist eingebunden in Entwicklungs- und Sustainingprojekte und stellt die Schnittstelle zu den lokalen Regulatory Affairs Abteilungen dar.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Reisen
- Erstellung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Administrative Tätigkeiten, z. B. Bestellungen
- Kommunikation/Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern in Deutsch und Englisch
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen
- Teamsupport
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Diskretion
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
