- Responsibilities The Master Facility tech is responsible for maintenance and repairs in a subset of the full scope of the Facility Services Department including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, machine maintenance, grounds, landscape, FFE (Furniture, Finishes, Equipment), and small-scale renovations provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the needs of the facility.
- Said skills shall be performed with independence and proficiency commensurate with the level expected of a seasoned technician, as determined by his immediate supervisor.
- The Master Tech should also teach his lesser-experienced peers, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and fill in for his supervisor temporarily in his absence.
