Avera Health Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Position Highlights You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Function as primary responsible contact with the Bio Medical Engineering Services Service Line.

Manages repair and maintenance activities performed by Bio Medical Engineering staff across all Avera. Provides on-site and off-site leadership for all components of the medical equipment management program. Participates in the development of service line and entity continuous quality improvements initiatives.

Maximizes patient safety by supporting proper use, application, and operational performance of patient care equipment. Act as technical resource to Bio Medical Engineering staff for repair and maintenance activities on equipment and related systems. Is the Manager for the Service Area Supervisors.
