Summary
The IT Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of mid‑to‑large-scale technology initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative areas. The role provides structured project and program management oversight, ensures alignment with departmental and organizational priorities, and supports quality, safety, and compliance requirements. The IT PM collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, maintain program governance, and ensure the reliable delivery of technology-enabled improvements.
