Business Service Center Department: 1007100 HR OPERATIONS - EH SS Job Description: Under general supervision, responsible for partnering with multiple areas to support projects. Plans, develops, and leads a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services. Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of continuous improvement for HR service delivery and assists with the design of solutions.
Supports and trains other HR staff by providing input and guidance. Performs complex analyses to support a broad range of HR activities. Develops reports and predictive analytics.
Oversees or participates in all aspects of projects: establishes deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress. Partners with HR functional areas to implement organization and/or HR initiatives. Collects, researches, and analyzes human resources data while tracking data trends and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field. Required

- 2 years experience in Human Resources, Analytics or related capacity required.

- Have 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, analytics, reporting, project coordination, or a related area.
- Are strong in Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, trends, and analytics.
- Have experience with or exposure to Workday and enjoy learning HR systems and tools.
- Like a role with variety , where you can support projects, reporting, process improvement, and multiple HR teams.
- Enjoy being a “jack of all trades” and want a remote opportunity to grow your HR skillset across different areas.
- Remote Nature: This is a fully remote position, however, the hiring team has a preference for candidates within our service areas (Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
