This position requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced setting.
Your Impact As A Floor Technician
In this role, you will
- Maintain Cleanliness: Clean assigned areas such as bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting
- Restock Supplies: Replenish paper products, soap, and other essential items as needed
- Engage With Others: Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, staff, and visitors to foster a welcoming environment
