1:8 - 1 week per 2 months X-Ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound Onsite EMR: EPIC Support Staff Mix of CCMA/LVN Provide day-to-day primary care for patients, managing everything from routine checkups and prevention to chronic conditions and acute concerns. Evaluate patients through exams and diagnostics, then create and manage treatment plans.
