This patient-facing role is essential in helping our most vulnerable community members overcome barriers to care and improve their overall wellbeing. *This position will also cross train as an Intake Coordinator to aid as back up when there is short staffing.* If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a heart for service, this is your chance to make a real difference!
