Summary

The Building Technician I is a member of the Facilities team responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the healthcare facility by executing routine and emergency repairs across plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry systems. This role implements preventive maintenance protocols and documents all activities daily to ensure strict compliance with healthcare safety codes and regulatory standards. By monitoring the environment for hazards and coordinating with department staff, the Technician ensures a safe, functional, and empathetic environment for patient care.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment.
