Summary

The Aesthetician uses the skin care process in providing skin care treatment designed to improve the health and appearance of the skin. They work collaboratively within the Aesthetics Department as well as with reciprocating referrals from Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. The Aesthetician must maintain appropriate sales and service goals and collaborates with the aesthetics team to accomplish the Aesthetics Department budget goals.

Essential Job Functions: Uses the skin care process in providing skin care needs to the patients/clinic population served. Performs skin consultation and makes recommendation for appropriate services and products. Performs facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and micropigmentation.

Ensures consistent delivery of an exceptional patient experience. Handles clients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Recommends and provides education on at home skin care regimen.

This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure effective communication in the workplace and with patients, families, and team members.
