Summary

The Administrative Director of Data Analytics is responsible for advancing the organization’s data strategy, infrastructure, and analytics innovation. This role leads the development of a scalable data platform and data product ecosystem that enables value-based care, risk adjustment, population health management, operational optimization, and clinical decision support. The Director will guide the organization in transforming data into actionable intelligence to improve patient outcomes, enhance efficiency, and support systemwide strategic objectives.

Other Information

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Research, Health Economics, or a related field required. Master’s Degree or Advanced degree (PhD) in Health Services Research, Health Economics, or a related field preferred. 7-10 years related experience required. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing data platform development and advanced analytics initiatives, with a focus on value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, health system operations, decision support, and data product strategy.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align data initiatives with business, patient care, population health, and decision support objectives, emphasizing data product development and strategy. Expertise in data platform architecture, development, and integration, with a deep understanding of healthcare-specific challenges and decision support needs, complemented by data product strategy proficiency. Demonstrated experience in implementing advanced analytics solutions in the context of value-based care and risk adjustment methodologies, incorporating data product strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex healthcare data concepts to diverse stakeholders, including those involved in decision support and data product strategy discussions. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment within the healthcare data landscape, with a specific focus on decision support and data product development.
