Ihre Aufgaben:
- Administrative Unterstützung im Global Labeling Office bei der Neuerstellung oder Anpassung von Etiketten und Gebrauchsanweisungen für Medizinprodukte
- Abstimmung mit externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern, z.B. Druckereien
- Zusammentragen und Formatieren von Inhalten und Ablage für die weitere Bearbeitung
- Mitarbeit bei der Pflege von Datenbanken, u.A. Neueinträge und Änderungen
- Beantwortung von Emails im Rahmen von Proofreading-Projekten
- Unterstützung bei sonstigen Büroarbeiten, z.B. Erstellung von Ersatzlieferscheinen
Ihr Profil
- Immatrikulation in einem naturwissenschaftlichen- oder Ingenieurstudiengang
- Versiert im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen (Windows, MS-Office/Excel/Power Point)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche, sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgesprochene Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Analyse- und Problemlösefähigkeit
- Außerordentliche Auffassungsaufgabe
- Ziel- und Kundenorientierte Verhaltensweise
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
Beginn: zum nächstmöglichen Startdatum
Dauer: 12 Monate, mit Option auf Verlängerung
Arbeitsstunden: max. 20 Stunden pro Woche
Standort: St. Wendel
