A Brief Overview Responsible to transcribe dictation or written text using transcribing equipment and word processing equipment. This involves working closely with physicians, co-workers, outside hospital and clinical staff which may mean a rotation to multiple sites. What you will do Transcribe dictation, medical information, and a variant of other reports from electronic dictation system or written text demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
Dispatches completed reports to appropriate destinations. Verifies accuracy of correction punctuation, grammar, and spelling. Prioritizes workload to ensure timeliness of transcription with established procedure.
