Overview

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50 Non-certified techs will start at $24.00/hour and certified techs will start at $26.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a three year work commitment. Union Position: No Department Details

Schedule

  • During orientation, schedule is from 7am-3:30pm (8 hour shifts) Monday-Friday.
  • Once off of orientation, schedule will be 7am-5:30pm (10 hour shifts), with one day off a week.
  • Position requires call, call is once per week, and every 5-6 weekends.
  • Summary Surgical technologist are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients.

Requirements

  • • A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
  • National certification preferred, but not required.
  • New grads are welcome to apply with or within certification.
