Orders, receives, delivers, stocks, picks, and prepares materials, supplies, and equipment to appropriate facilities. Retrieves and files records Type of Opportunity: Part time Job Exempt: No Job is based: PMG - Rio Rancho High Resort 4005 Work Shift: Varied Days and Hours (United States of America)

Responsibilities

  • Orders, receives, delivers, stocks , picks, and prepares materials , supplies , and equipment to appropriate facilities.
  • Retrieves and files records.
  • Encompasses all responsibilities of Supply Service Aide I and II .
  • Responsible for computer system data.
  • Compliance of all safety regulations.
  • Coordinates items for shipment.
  • Retrieves and files records.
  • Drives PHS trucks and vans to deliver and pick up necessary files, equipment and supplies.
  • Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings.
  • Attends all meetings as required.
  • Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance.
  • Assists with care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
  • Responsible for general housekeeping of assigned work area.

Qualifications

  • High school (G.E.D.).
  • One to three years experience in inventory.
  • Valid NM Drivers license required; previous driving experience with pick-up/transport/delivery preferred.
