Summary
- Join Our Team! We’re looking for a collaborative and motivated team member to support our Food Service operations. In this role, you will partner with Food Service Managers to help plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate daily activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with team members, stepping in to lead in the manager’s absence, and coordinating resources to achieve operational excellence. This position also supports onboarding and training of new employees, helping them succeed from day one.

Responsibilities
- As a Supervisor, Food Services, you will lead and support daily operations to ensure high-quality service, strong team performance, and an exceptional experience for patients, staff, and guests. Work

Friday through Tuesday, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM Key
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of Food and Nutrition Services duties as needed to support operations Serve as a role model and resource for staff, demonstrating best practices and supporting ongoing training Provide leadership and guidance to Food and Nutrition Associates Assist team members in establishing priorities and managing daily workloads effectively Monitor the quality and service of work performed within assigned areas Instruct, cross-train, motivate, coach, and guide Food and Nutrition Associates Resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain smooth and efficient service Ensure the needs of all supported areas are met, including patient meals, catering, and cafeteria services Attend and actively participate in department meetings Ensure compliance with all PHS and departmental policies, as well as food safety, infection control, EFPA, OSHA, JCAHO, and Health Department standards Respond to Code Red and Assist on Code Red Drills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a food service–related field, with the ability and willingness to be cross-trained across multiple disciplines At least one year of prior supervisory experience preferred Trade or vocational education in Business, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a Culinary field preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills required Basic computer proficiency needed to perform essential job functions All
