Position Summary This Supervisor/ Associate Manager, Data Management position resides in the Data Management team and is primarily responsible for overseeing the completion of tasks associated with maintaining product related master data in various applications used by the Mail, Specialty and Coram businesses, in support of pharmacy operations. The Data Management Supervisor will lead a team of Consultants, Coordinators and Assistants responsible for adhering to business processes and guidance provided by internal business partners. What you will do Executing on daily, weekly and monthly reports utilized to ensure purchase price accuracy, performing cross-system data synchronization, new client on-boarding, validation of strategic system data and support of data cleansing routines.
Occasionally be required to perform ad-hoc data analysis/mass updates to ensure all data aligns with established data governance guidelines. Act as a mentor and will be the team members' 1st line of contact regarding data validation rules or procedural questions. Expected to be hands on with the work of the team, performing a portion of the daily tasks as well as acting as a backup resource when necessary.
