Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $18.00 - $23.00 Position Highlights Monday-Friday day shift- 40 hours per week- year round employment. *Detail orientated, working with instruments and decontamination procedures* You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter.

A Brief Overview Performs decontamination and sterilization procedures according to Infection Control and QA guidelines. Provides the physicians, OR staff, and nurses with products safe for patient use on a routine basis or as emergency needs demand. What you will do Performs decontamination, assembly and sterilization, according to Infection Control and established QA monitoring guidelines as demonstrated by annual competency review.

Operates sterilization equipment which includes: steam, ETO, and hydrogen peroxide sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaner, washer/sterilizer, and automated cart washer. Operates equipment according to manufacturer operational directions and in a manner that ensures the safety of the operator as demonstrated by annual competency review. Utilizes computer to access information; communication with manager, supervisors and co-workers.
