Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte
- Pflegefachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Dialyseteams
- Bedarfsgerechte und mitarbeiterorientierte Personal- und Dienstplanung
- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen und empathischen Pflege oder Patientenversorgung
- Verantwortung für eine effektive Belegungsplanung und Patientenkoordination

- Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in der Dialyse erforderlich
- Motivierender, kooperativer und zielorientierter Führungsstil
- Zuverlässiges Arbeiten sowie eigenständige Priorisierung von Aufgaben
- Teamfähigkeit und Kooperationsbereitschaft
- Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme
