In this role you will get too: Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis, utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment and appropriate technical knowledge and skills.   • Graduation from a Committee on Allied Health Education (CAHEA) accredited program in sonography and registry eligible by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Licensure/Certification

Requirements

  • Registered by the ARDMS within 1 year of hire.
  • East Market: Must be certified in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular within 24 months of hire date.
  • Those staff assigned to work in the Ashland location are not required to obtain Vascular certification.
  • West Market and Brainerd Lakes Locations: Must be certified in one of the following areas within 12 months - Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Breast or Nuchal Translucency West: If North Dakota, must have current license on North Dakota Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners (NDMIRT) upon hire.
  • If working in Department 2010-2042320 MSK Ultrasound - SMDC HOSP, must complete ARDMS MSK Certification within 24 months.
  • FTE: 0 Possible Remote/Hybrid Option: Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time: Days Shift End Time: Days Weekends: Not required, but available Holidays: No Call Obligation: No Union: Union Posting Deadline: Compensation Range: $37.10 - $55.65 Employee
