Software Engineering Lead Analyst - ReactJS Position Overview As a Software Engineering Lead Analyst - ReactJS, you will design and develop complex front-end applications using React.js. You will architect scalable component-based UI frameworks, establish coding standards, and drive front-end excellence to deliver world-class user experiences for Evernorth’s healthcare technology solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop complex front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Architect scalable component-based UI frameworks and reusable component libraries. Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or Zustand . Build responsive and accessible web applications (WCAG compliance).
Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for data consumption. Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library). Optimize application performance, bundle sizes, and rendering efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in front-end development with 4+ years in React.js.
- College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science or related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand ).
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and module bundling.
- RESTful API and GraphQL integration experience.
- Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills.

Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture patterns.
- Exposure to healthcare domain applications.
- Industry / Domain Experience Needed: Demonstrated experience building enterprise-grade front-end applications.
- Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best UX practices.
- Passion for building elegant, performant user interfaces.
- Location & Hours of Work Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).
