Position Summary As a Lead UX Designer, you will shape the experience of complex, enterprise-grade platforms used by engineers, security teams, and infrastructure operators. This role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable, and high-value experiences for developer tooling, cloud platforms, and security products that power critical healthcare and pharmacy systems. You will lead design strategy and execution across cross-functional product teams, guiding work from discovery through delivery.
You will champion user-centered design while navigating the unique challenges of highly technical domains—translating complex system behaviors, workflows, and data into clear, usable, and efficient experiences. This role requires expertise in enterprise UX, especially for developer, infrastructure, and security tooling, along with a strong interest in AI-enabled tools and design practices. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate UX outputs while applying strong design judgment, technical fluency, and responsible AI practices, in addition to helping define good use and application of AI in enterprise tools.
