Overview
Lead an essential imaging team in one of Montana’s most beautiful communities. Logan Health Whitefish is seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager of Imaging to lead the daily operations of our Imaging department. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong imaging professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, supporting high-quality patient care, and serving as a trusted technical and operational resource.
In this role, you will help guide a talented Imaging team that plays a critical role in diagnosis, treatment, patient experience, and care delivery. You will bring together clinical expertise, leadership, quality improvement, and operational oversight to ensure patients receive safe, timely, compassionate, and high-quality imaging services. This position is ideal for a leader who is collaborative, detail-oriented, confident in clinical operations, and passionate about building a supportive team culture.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience required .
- Strong understanding of budgetary processes and systems of accountability.
- Familiarity with a variety of imaging concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation safety, and patient care.
- Current CPR certification for designated assigned areas.
- Knowledge of the health care environment, health care reform, and care delivery systems as they apply to Imaging.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, think critically, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Commitment to confidentiality, collaboration, and team-based leadership.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software as needed.

Schedule
