Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.
• Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.
• Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols.
• Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License BLS certification REQUIRED at time or hire We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
