Grace Home Nursing Home Department: 3093090 NURSING HOME - GV SNF Job Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Grace Home, Essentia Health's long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, 36 hours weekly. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required.

Sign-on bonuses are available: $7,500 for ASN, $10,000 for BSN (with 2-year commitment) Education

  • Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
  • Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
  • LPN ($25.22-$37.83 based on experience): A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members.
  • Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.
